Len brings a unique combination of experience to the position. His original field of employment was as a clinical psychologist with training at Michigan State University and Duke University, where he also served on the faculty.
He got his start in community management in 1980 in Nashville Tennessee where he rose from Property Manager to Vice President in 2 years, helping to increase the company’s portfolio by over 70%. Although based in Nashville, the company also managed communities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, and Ohio.
He relocated to Florida in 1985, and was Vice President of Management Services with Caladesi Management from 1985 to 1989. He was responsible for a staff of 8 managers serving approximately 7000 condominiums and single family homes.
He joined Seaboard Arbors Management Services in 1989 as a Senior Property Manager, and retired in 2010 after serving as the CEO since 2001. During this time, the company employed over 75 staff members including community managers, administrative assistants, accountants, and maintenance staff. They served over 12,000 homeowners in 150 communities.
In 2012 he became the Director of Training at Ameri-Tech, and currently is the Director of Operations supervising 18 community managers. Ameri-Tech currently serves over__________owners in_______communities.
