A native New Yorker, Tony has made his home in Clearwater and life in Florida for the past 20+ years (9+ as a licensed CAM).
Tony’s Bachelor’s degree is in Accounting and Finance, coupled with his work experience, makes him an excellent fit for Ameri-Tech Property Management.
Tony has spent nine years in accounting and finance from Baruch Business school, five years as a stock and mutual fund broker for a Bear Stearns affiliate, seventeen years in foreign currency trading and international account management, for five years he owned a general contracting business and landscape company, served 3 years as HOA Board president, nine years with Home Depot both Garden department lead and flooring departments. Tony considers himself a lifetime do-it-yourselfer.
This work experience has taught him how to create and manage million dollar budgets ranging from 100K to 12 million, deal with vendors and service workers in all industries, and manage people from all walks of life. Most of all, it has taught him how to get the job done.
Tony has traveled a good part of the world, has motorcycled across the United States, and has owned boats from a 14-foot dingy to a 1955 53-foot antique Chris Craft. Tony loves to fish, golf, and is an avid cook and likes to play in the mud.
