Dear Licensed Community Association Manager:
As a leading property management company, Ameri-Tech is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients and the communities we serve. This is why we are seeking dynamic, experienced Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAMs) to join our team.
We are currently expanding our team of professionals to provide outstanding management services to a growing number of communities. As an LCAM with Ameri-Tech, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of life for residents, working closely with boards of directors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
What We Are Looking For:
- A well-established and active Licensed Community Manager with at least 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in community management, including strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach to managing both the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of the community
- Ability to foster strong relationships with homeowners, board members and vendors
- Familiarity with legal compliance, financial oversight and community policies
